@Wreckless Thank you! Yea, we also built a custom usage record and fields to accumulate the usage YTD. It helps to know that we are on the right track. The Annual Frequency will accumulate the charges YTD, but the Next Bill Cycle Date is the last day of contract. So you won't be able to generate invoices for the term of the contract. Billing Account monthly billing schedule didn't matter when frequency = Annual. If you are using Monthly Frequency, then the included quantity only works for that month. @Karina Customer pays for $12000 when they first set up the contract. They prepay for usage minutes.
