Hello everyone, I've got a "Annual Included quantity" question. Not sure if this is possible..
Here's an example:
Client pays for 12000 usage for the whole contract term.
Contract term starts Jan 1, 2021 and ends Dec 31, 2021.
Client can use up to 12000 between contract term. Monthly invoice would be $0 as long as cumulative usage is under 12000.
Then when client goes over 12000 usage, then will pay for the overage.
Jan 31 usage = 6000
Invoice = $0, but it should show usage quantity
Total usage YTD = 6000
Feb 28 usage = 5000
Invoice = $0, but it should show usage quantity
Total usage YTD = 11000
March 31 usage = 2000
Invoice = $0.50 x 1000 = $500
Total usage YTD = 13000
