For those of you using SuiteBilling, what are some of the issues you ran into during implementation? What are some of the drawbacks in general?

Lots of gaps! We are live since December. One big issue we had was staged billing. I work for a company that has software, hardware and PS services. We charge a 50% upfront then a staged % per software go live etc. This would imply we need multiple lines for the software piece because each has to have its own unique date to release a charge. Therefore the quantity looks incorrect and the renewal gets messed up! We had many NS people who were deemed as the specialists involved and no better solution found... if you want more info about our experience feel free to reach out!
