What does everyone use to track UAT? Looking for a tool that captures the test, results and produces reports

We use Google Sheets to track UAT, but we only use it for the 2x a year Netsuite Release. Each test case has specs, steps, and results. If it Fails, it updates a master sheet that keys the technical team to take the next steps of getting it resolved. (We employ our power users to run the tests). When we add new functionality to Netsuite we add a new test case to this sheet. Hope that helps.

I think adoption/enforcement is an uphill battle in this area IMO.

We also use google sheets, but I'd also love to introduce a formal tool. Let me know if you find any useful @darrenhillconsulting.
