Does anyone use FarApp connector with NetSuite?
We have a long-standing issue with discount information incorrectly populating Sales Orders in NetSuite, which messes with Sales tax calculation.  We are manually editing Sales Orders, but this is not a sustainable option.
It seems odd to me that this is even an issue, as I imagine other companies have web orders that contain both taxable and non-taxable items.

I realize this is a vague note - I'm hoping someone is using this combination that I can connect with directly to fully share the issue.

This rings a very vague bell for me from a number of jobs ago where we were using FarApp to import ecomm orders like this

and very occasionally would have this mixed scenario come up

unfortunately we never had a fix within farapp while i was there

but we had a saved search set up to alert us when this happened

i think it was set up to do this by comparing the actual tax amount to a calculation of what the tax amount should be

or it may have been that we just reviewed any sales order that came in where there was a discount, and a mix of different tax schedules
