We have a shopify store and we ship products to the UK and to the EU. We have Avatax calculating sales tax and VAT in Netsuite. Do we need Avatax on our Shopify store? I believe we have Zonos right now on Shopify but they are unable to support IOSS specifically for EU to EU VAT (product is in an EU warehouse). Anyone have recommendations?

how do you customers pay? what transaction (cash sale, invoice, else) records sale in NS?

customers pay via credit card on our shopify site and this is record as cash sale in NS

@Eric B - if Avatax does what you need the yes, you do need it at Shopify point. Transaction will come to NS as fully tax loaded
