@C_Billings or others looking for some help when it comes to taxes in NetSuite. Ever since the South Dakota vs. Wayfair this is turning into a compliance nightmare. I'm not an accountant (programmer/analyst) and really don't know if it continues to make sense tweaking things in-house. Latest from my accounting team is that they've been handling exemption certificates in-correctly. A resale type customer might be tax exempt in NY and CA but if they ship to FL we should be charging tax. Is SuiteTax or a partner integration available that handles all these complexities?

I have recently completed my third Avalara Avatax integration and I have found that my clients feel this is a huge relief. Vertex also has a great toolset. My last client combined the software with the compliance services which meant that Avalara filed returns for them in 25 states. You seem to have a good handle on the use cases you need to resolve, would you consider sharing them with a vendor and having them explain how their solution would work for you?
