Canadian NetSuite Customer here. We are noticing that when shipping to provinces where we only collect GST the system is charging tax on the shipping twice. There's only one shipping tax code field but two rate and amount fields. The tax group (GST - Only ) is set to charge only GST no PST yet NetSuite is magically picking up 5% again and putting it into the shippingtax2rate and amount fields. Any ideas?NetSuite support is so painful... hoping the community has an idea 😁

check the tax schedule of your shipping item probably not set properly. You have to define the tax nexus and rate for each provinces in the schedule.

Thanks @Sam-I-Am but it's all set correctly. I've filed a case as our text setup for Alberta, BC, and Quebec has not changed in years which makes me believe it's a NetSuite issue.
