Hi I'm trying to set the native Handling Mode on a Sales Order created from an integration partner to "Record External Event" but NetSuite won't accept any values we are passing through.   It seems like the Internal ID's or Values it accepts do not match anything you can find.  Does anyone know a way to find out what value we need to pass to get Record External Event?
Or just a list of what values it will accept?

Ok update I found SA 96521 that says it should be "RECORD_EXTERNAL_EVENT" however that is not working either.  Any other thoughts?
