Hi All: I have a client using Celigo to integrate with their NetSuite setup. I have the import set to use a value linked to the NetSuite Item (InternalID). However I'm receiving the following error: Message

INVALID_KEY_OR_REF | Invalid item reference key 64288

This Item is valid, though, and this URL does return a valid Item Record:

This has been an ongoing issue, and I do have a call wtih Celigo support today at 130pm ET, but if anyone has any experience or fixes I'm thankful for the information.

Is it inactive? Is it usable by the record subsidiary? (You don't say what sort of import)

@CD It's a sales order import. The item does look to be inactive... thank you, I'll start there.
