An email was sent to the "Authorized Contact" (look in support : account center) last week. In our case, it was our AP person until recently - we had to have support change it over to me since the UI method wasn't cooperating. But we only had 6 days notice and it's something we can't control at our end - it's up to the integrator to do the work (correctly).
