@Jared McKenzie I read this article recently, and wish I had done so before making our credit card processing decision: https://timblairwhite.com/netsuite-credit-card-processing/

It would be not present transactions.
What merchant did you end up with?

We have both Cybersource and Solupay. I could see Solupay being easy to setup if your needs are very simple and you only expect to have payments from US and/or Canada. But once your needs start to get complex, Solupay’s ability to handle that complexity really suffers. Solupay has almost zero written documentation about how any of their solutions work. Cybersource, on the other hand, provides very little assistance or hand-holding, unless you are a very high-value client. Their documentation is quite thorough, though. How will you be taking payments? Will it be upfront payments for goods and materials? Invoicing after the fact for good or services? Will customers pay through a NetSuite e-commerce site, your own custom site, or will they be calling in to provide payment via phone?
That article also references a specific warning regarding Solupay: https://timblairwhite.com/solupay-netsuite-payments-review/ I agree with many of the statements in that review, unfortunately. I really wanted things to work out with Solupay, but I’ll simply say they have many issues to overcome before I could recommend them in good conscience.
