I've just had email that Bronto is going end of life!!!!

Interesting! Bronto was purchased by Oracle a few years back. Do they have a functional replacement yet?

No. 1 year notice so dead in May 2022. We've used Bronto for 5 years, during the Oracle purchase and the platform hasn't improved so I am not surprised.

It probably means that they’re integrating the functionality in future releases. Bronto always had a clunky interface.

@andrewm Can you share the email? We looked at the product, but it didn't seem to meet our needs. It may be more interesting with a tighter integration to NS, as @Eric B thinks.

The functionality is great. You can send your campaign emails without getting blacklisted and you can monitor when the emails were received, opened, etc. It also collected the customer and contact information as well as transactional data from NS via the bundle. The limitation is that if you have custom templates and you only need to send emails to a subset of customers/contacts, you can’t do it through their integration. The only option was to roll out your own and communicate via their API.

Yeah, the sync between Netsuite and Bronto is great - Bronto interface horrible!
