Hey all. Has anyone had any experience with Celigo integrator.io's FTP connector and it's implementation of PGP? I am trying to send some payment files to our bank over SFTP. The bank says the files have been encrypted successfully but they are not signed by our private key so they're rejecting the payment files. I've followed the steps in Celigo's documentation and Celigo support is currently checking with their product team whether signing the file is possible, but they've been really slow in their response so thought I'd see if anyone had a similar experience in here.

Hi Matt, thank you. I appreciate that. I've received a response from the support team and it looks as though I may have my flow set up incorrectly. I'm trying to export a payment file from Netsuite's file cabinet, it is being exported as a BLOB, but I should be getting the contents of the file instead and then encrypt that (rather than encrypting the BLOB). Not really sure how to do this in Celigo (as it is quite new to me), but will give it a go.
