has anyone here done a connection between smartsheet and netsuite?

I use Smartsheet and NetSuite, but not connected the two. What would you want to connect?

No, we don't - they are quite separate for us. We just use it for tasks and project management - then add URL links to NetSuite (manually) when needed. Let me know if you find anything

I will. I am still in the research phase of what the api can do for smartsheet.

I haven't connected the two systems but looking at their API, it seems like you can get by with webhooks and Suitelets

Yes, we've done about 5 integrations to date between Smartsheet and NetSuite with Vertify. I know not a lot but it does seem to be growing in demand.
