We are looking to integration NetSuite with Genesys PureCloud phone system. Genesys have an embedd-able framework based on JS files. Does anyone have any experiancewith Genesys? I know 8x8 have an integration, but we have not selected them as a vendor. thanks

I think they also support Java based custom module if you want to integrate with restlets using Genesys,. I worked on a module before which does that using OAuth 1.0 as authentication
