Good morning. We recently refreshed our Sandbox and I'm trying to add our security tokens back for our Celigo integration. (I'm assuming the Sandbox refresh wiped them out.) When I go into create security tokens, Netsuite doesn't find the appropriate user - in fact it doesn't find any users. So I can't create any tokens.
I confirmed that token-based authentication is still enabled in the Sandbox. Any other suggestions to look into? Thanks!
