Check permissions for the account you are using to retrieve the customer record.

i think there is no permission issue because nothing happening in audit login trail

I encounter the same issue when trying to login using C#. It worked before in previous netsuite version, but 2019.1 breaks the code. Did you find a solution on this issue? Thanks.

I found out that the Application Id is not being set to login using User Credentials

Also on the wsdl url we need to set the target server: <https://webservice.na3.netsuite.com|https://webservice.na3.netsuite.com>
