Hi All, does anyone ever implemented Avalara in both SFDC and Netsuite? I’ve only seen company using Avalara in Netsuite, and not sure if there is best practice to use Avalara in both systems as the Order to Cash is coming from SFDC

not specific to your case but once you get a tax amount presented to the customer you shouldnt change it...typically recalcs occur in the second system without making efforts to stop it. If you can stop Avalara from calculating a second time once in NetSuite things are fine.
