We have an external, web-based support case system that gets the URLs of case images so that they can be displayed on this custom support site. Today, the images aren’t working. I noticed that the URLs have changed, which isn’t a problem (I can update the custom site) and the images are visible when I go directly to that new URL, but when I use them in an <img> tag, I get a 403 FORBIDDEN response.

why not set the image file setting to access without login state?
