@al3xicon Hello I am a solution architect here at Celigo and can confirm that Integrator.IO does have the ability to create bills within NetSuite. As to specifically how to accomplish this in relation to Purchase Orders what you could do is create a saved search within NetSuite of Purchase Orders that are “Pending Billing” and then using Integrator.IO create an integration flow that will export that list of PO’s and then use that list to go back into NetSuite and create the vendor bills for each Purchase Order listed

Hello and thanks for your response - I emailed Chris Snelson about this as he is assisting me with this integration but wanted to try and find a quicker answer. I understand everything you said but it doesn't really indicate specifically how to create the bills from the purchase orders - I can create the bill records without issue but there is no way to connect them to the PO that I can see.
I am exporting invoices from another system (the vendor's) and creating vendor bills via the import in NetSuite. The vendor's invoice "SalesOrderNumber" field exists on the Purchase Order in NetSuite, in a custom field, so that is the key I can look up to match the two. I'm just unaware of how to do it without the vendor bill being created as stand-alone.
Thank you for assisting @K.Izer

In order to set the “Created From” field on a bill associated to a PO you will want to configure the NetSuite mapping like this
and map the necessary NetSuite fields to your export fields
