hi all - anyone ever run into the issue of a FAM process being stuck "in progress" and when following SuiteAnswers to trigger a script to get it unstuck... remaining stages in the FAM process do not complete? 😞 Asset Depreciation status was stuck yesterday so we manually executed the "FAM Process Manager SS" script which moved the FAM process to completed. we noticed the depreciation JEs were posted, but none of the asset records were updated so fields like "Last Depreciation Date", "Current Net Book Value", and "Cumulative Depreciation" were not updated on the FAM Asset record. any ideas on how to get the FAM Asset records to update? (about 400 asset records impacted)

Definitely a NetSuite support issue. Good luck
