Hi, I would like to check if there are any reports that are readily available or develop new reports for audit purpose. We would like to track the changes made in the various areas like workflows, custom scripts, forms, and roles etc. as part of the change management. For example: I know for tracking enabling features, i can run audit trail that is available in the enable features screen. Like this are there any standard reports that can used for our purpose. I know we have to create a separate saved searches for this, but any ideas you can provide is greatly appreciable! Thanks

you can create your own search if your NS instance does not have one. choose all fields in Results section, set some fields to filters (like Role or Set by), and that should work
