what is the best way to reverse depreciation on an asset?

because there is an impairment on the asset and the depreciation for that month has already ran prior to an adjustment.

you still can revalue the asset and run depreciation for that period - only changes after the previous depreciation run will be included in the new depreciation journal

What I was thinking was delete the je, then do asset revaluation and then catch up next month.
