Can someone explain to me why the FAM Asset Record follows a daily period and FAM Depreciation follows monthly? Why aren't these linked? This feels like a defect. For example: FAM Asset with disposal rule. If I generate an asset on 5/31/2020 the FAM Asset says Start: 5/31/2020 End: 5/30/2021. Deprecation Schedule: 6/2020 through 5/2020 - This is fine since we understand the disposal rule. However if I generated the asset with a 5/1/2020 date The FAM Asset says Start: 5/1/2020 End: 4/30/2021. Deprecation Schedule is still 6/2020 through 5/2020 Why is there a disconnect?

that is because FAM assumes that a) you did not place your asset in service until June; and it depreciates for as long as the asset life is.
