09/30/2019, 11:13 PMFor midlife assets, you have to import the depreciation history as a separate csv import. When you say generated assets are you talking about the assets proposed from the opening balance JE during netsuite implementation?

09/30/2019, 11:18 PMIn that case then the deprec history will definitely not be included bec. it will be treated as if it's a new fixed asset w/o any prior deprec. I would reject those proposed assets from the opening bal JE. For midlifr assets, you have to csv import them in two steps: first for the fixed asset record and next for each of their deprec history. Kind of a hassle but that's how I remember it.

09/30/2019, 11:26 PMBtw just to add something I recently discovered: even reversal JE can generate an asset proposal if a fixed asset is debited. Had a case where there was an entry that credited a fixed asset then reversed it next month so it was debited nxt month in the Reversal entry. FA module picked up the Reversal's debit in asset proposal which should be rejected of course.
