Have a scenario where user needs to push a PO in ASAP and is getting the error Invalid item reference key [product SKU] for subsidiary 3. The item and subsidiary are active. At this time, we can't pivot to using Internal ID, since that would mean re-thinking the process and there isn't time for that at the moment. Thoughts on how to correct this?

if it is says invalid for subsidiary 3, that means that item is not used by subsidiary 3, go on the item record and verify that, if the same item is sold/used by all subsidiary, just check the box that says all subs

it is likely related you are not using internal IDs and NS does not read your file properly.

We use External ID. The items did not have that. Thanks!

yeah…. bring that External ID field in the header and make it mandatory - that will solve it!
