10/13/2021, 7:41 PMIf you are using a CSV for updating custom records where that custom record type has multiple custom forms, be aware that importing using a form will OVERWRITE the selected custom form for each record to whatever form you are using in the import. This is a huge oversight on NetSuite’s part since there is no way to retrieve the selected custom form for each custom record. We accidentally changed the selected custom form for thousands of records due to this, and had to fix them all though an arduous process of trying to determine for each record, what form it should have been using.
