Hi all Further to my post above, I have managed to successfully import a sales order CSV with an item group. The issue I am now facing is the item group is not populating with the member items from my upload. Instead, the sales order has added member item lines from the item group, but without the data in my file, and then includes my items outside of the item group. I've managed to identify that the member items are given a different internal ID to the item record. I've tried to use this in my upload mapping to the Internal ID, but I am still not able to populate the member line items. Has anyone else managed to get an upload to work that could provide some guidance? Is there a way to push the "member item" or Member item Internal ID as a field on the CSV import export mapping?
