I'm trying to test a sales order CSV upload using an item group.
I've tried three tests so far:
1. Upload with Item group as the first line, then all items splitout (incl some items with 0 qty and value).
2. Upload with Item group as the first line, all items splitout (excl some items with 0 qty and value).
3. Upload with Item group only.
All 3 fail and I get the following message:
"_Please enter a value for amount._"
All the uploads have qty or value, even if it is "0."
Has anyone ever performed a sales order upload with an item group that actually worked?

I've even included qty and total value on the item group line, even though this is not needed when manually entering an SO in Netsuite.

We don't currently use opportunities but will test it out in Sandbox. Thanks for sharing that!

Just wanted to get back to you on this suggestion.
Still struggled to upload the CSV of the item group to the opportunity.
I did manually create the opportunity, but then I wasn't able to push the opportunity through to a sales order.
Thought you may want to know.

Wanted to update you.
Managed to address the item group upload.
I had an issue with base prices in our sandbox, which I've now corrected.
The item group populates, however it does not only use the list of items in the upload only, it populates its own list from the item group resulting in the same item populating twice. The items from the item group however do not have the specific quantities I have listed
I was assuming I could correct this by using the "Item Member Line" and "Item Member Name" fields for the item group, but these aren't available in the sales order upload fields in Netsuite's import process.
Any thoughts as to how I can add those in to the list of fields we can select?
