Good day everyone. I am dealing with a strange situation when trying to do a CSV import this morning. When I try to load updates to Non Inventory Items for Sale, the field mapping is inoperable. It only shows the name of the file with a "+" next to it. The list does not expand so the field mapping can't be done. Anyone having a similar issue? anyone have a solution? Should I raise a ticket with support?

I've experienced it before and the reasons are, among others maybe, unsupported special characters and breaks on the column names.
