Updating Lead Records. Overwrite Sublists. Ignore Mandatory. Never seen this before. Also only using InternalID to update and no more keys in the mappings.

Do you use IDs for your leads?  If not could it be duplicate names?

Found the issue. It was an issue with address label. Never had an issue with that before. Was setting address line 1 to the label and it was giving me that error.

While your there do you know anything about the parent company on a contact. Last time my colleague updated contacts and changed the parent company and it added the contact to another customer record. Do you know if overwrite sublists would stop this from happening. 

If you use override sublist, it will remove any existing contacts and replace it with what is in your CSV file.
