Hi, in netsuite orders import while mapping item with item id field in my csv i get error, item id in my csv contains the same item's id that's in netsuite but when i change the value of item id field in my csv by adding item's name (item's name in netsuite) i.e. "itemId itemName"  in it maps and imports orders correctly. item name in my csv file is different than item name in netsuite. is there any other way from which i can map items while importing orders in netsuite?

<@UER9Q3SGM> Hi Kevin, With reference to my previous question. when mapping this field "Sales Order Items : Item (Req)" can i give external value here? As i tried it before when i map item's internal id or id or item name i get error, but when i map it a new field (which contains "id name") it works fine. and also can i map one netsuite field csv two fields value?

You may update your item master using their internal ids to set an external id of your choice which you can then reference in your sales order update so that you don't have to change your files
