Vendor / Subsidiary Relationship is failing. What am I missing? I have the subsidiary (with hierarchy) all in one cell with hard returns and my vendor name, ext id and I keep getting error "Invalid Subsidiary Reference Key (then list of subs)"

@KPJ Is that vendor valid for that subsidiary, currency, etc.? Despite the specificity of that message, the error message similar to "invalid reference key XXX for subisidary XXX" just means that there's some sort of validation error with that entity and is not necessarily related to the subsidiary

What I usually do, is try to enter just that line that is failing through the UI exactly as I have it in my spreadsheet

if you get the vendor popping up - that's a defect/support case question. If not, you need to go back and do some digging as to why that vendor is not a valid selection for that particular entry

For me it's usually a currency issue, but could be a lot of things, really

well the UI is very different from the import. It is all in one line for the relationship import. I've been told this is a known issue though so going to wait for an answer from an ex-NetSuiter who says they know the way around it

yes, it looks different, but functionally is the same. You should be able to enter your import through the UI based on the information in your csv/mapping
