You would normally do a saved search of the existing journal entry and capture all the existing lines with all the fields you need (Export to excel). Then you manually change the line you need to change. When you import, you're importing the whole journal entry (all 100 lines). By checking the overwrite sublist box, it will "wipe out" what was there but since the existing info is in the csv, it gets added back in.
