Hi All-
We recently migrated from one NetSuite instance to another to separate from our subsidiaries. One oddity that we are trying to understand the root cause for is that some sales orders, quotes and invoices that have "Custom" Delivery Address fields are not displaying the phone number.
This appears to be for newly created records too, not just migrated records.
We found an odd hack that if we edit the record and delivery address, select the override checkbox, unselect it {or vice versa, essentially click twice no matter what}, and save the record then the phone number displays properly.
Does anyone understand what the root cause of this issue is? Is there a setting or something that needs some adjusting? Other than "Custom" address, we are not finding an obvious trend
