I was wondering if anyone has experience with the revenue arrangement workflow? We were originally trying to use the default one, but we didn't like the way it handled approvals. I was customizing it and adding the functionality to un-approve revenue arrangements if certain fields changed that way it would case the revenue team to go back and review them. However we have found a couple loopholes.
1. Changing Item Fulfillment dates changes the revenue plan directly and this doesn't seem to flow into the arrangement itself.
2. Line level fields on Revenue Arrangement and items on the revenue plan. (Almost certain this requires SS)
All of the solutions I can think of require suitescript, but I wasn't sure if there were better methods.
