what is “automatically”? did you have JEs scheduled? Otherwise you need to create them manually (matching to what was already posted perhaps). On that note the process Support has given to you is correct (i.e. there is no other way to make you whole).

“nightly” sounds familiar! custom “stuff”, right? in any case, are you saying that after you removed the accidental fulfillment and created correct fulfillment record there is no plan created?

you can have one journal per month to remedy this, and you can make it manually just this one time
