RE: No Start and/or End Date on Rev Arr: Has anyone ever had a situation where they have made a Credit Memo but the start and/or end date did not flow over to the Revenue Arrangement? As a result, no Revenue Plan is created and Revenue is not posted. What might cause this and what is the fix?

Likely something with your revenue field mapping/line fields configured on your credit memo. Are the transaction line fields on your credit memo the same as on your SO? Only reason I could think why the dates did not flow from CM > RA

Might take a look at the create revenue plans on and the revenue rule on the items on the credit memo. We have suitebilling and if someone in AR creates an ad hoc credit memo with a subscription sku, no revenue plan can be created as there is not a subscription event to trigger the plan creation. Likewise with our % complete skus.
