Hello, I am wondering is anyone ran into the Revenue Arrangement allocation error after the recent NS upgrade. The error is as follows: An error occurred while trying to evaluate the price calculation formula. Check formula syntax. I appreciate any help or tips.

is this a new formula or just a new behavoir with the 21.1 upgrade? of so what is the formula?

@Karina It is a new behavoir with 21.1 upgrade. Here is one of the formulas we have: (({custcol_service_term_ra}/365)*{fairvalue})*{custcol_rev_qty_ra}

hm…. the formula is not unusual by any means and the fields seem standard…. I would contact Support.

Hi @Karina we found the issue and resolved it. There were custom columns on SO that were not enabled on the RA. Both custom columns are not used in formulas but the error in the columns were blocking the Allocation process
