Customer has done a business reorg 1/1/21 with new Class structure for 2021 transactions. Now they realize that the 2020 rev plans will continue in this month end JE with their old Classes structure. Is there some kind of Revenue Plan update we/they/I can run that will update future JEs? Their order process is SO >> CS with plans commencing upon payment/CS.

I’m actually going through the same update right now. The source transactions will need to be updated and that will update the revenue arrangements.

Have you guys figured this out? I have the same issue and would like to get some ideas.

I tested the solution in sandbox and worked as expected. I’ve updated all the SO in production and will know in a few days when Finance processes the end of month Create Rev Rec.
