As per my knowledge, First Revenue arrangement and then revenue elements. Like Sales order and invoice. Most of the cases, revenue elements linked to Revenue arrangement.

You cannot have revenue element without revenue arrangement (rev el is part of rev arr). check the dates on the rev element line (or sales order - that’s from where it should be originating).

This isn't correct. Elements are created first. The aren't very useful (nor very visable/accessible) until they are attached to a Revenue Arrangement.
