Looking for possible causes of a blank source on a revenue arrangement. Reference ID on Revenue Element shows correct internal id of credit memo. Everything looks okay otherwise, just concerns the users. Original revenue arrangement (Suitebilling subscription) has plans on hold, and credit memo has arrangement/plan status of Not Started
