However my users in SUB A are restricted to just SUB A - Location 1 because I don’t want them to see or mess with orders in any other Sub The problem is they keep getting a permissions restriction when trying to View or Fulfill orders unless I give them Access to SUB B I don’t want to do this because it will cause confusion. Anyone else run into this or found a workaround?

we set up intercompany linked purchase/sales orders

Give them a second role that they have to switch to - only when doing this process. Then they have to swap back when done.
