I'm not an expert on licensing, but last I heard, OneWorld as a separate feature was kind of going away in that ALL accounts would really be OW going forward, even if you only use one subsidiary. Assuming that's still what the plan is, I'm guessing they wouldn't give a discount. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
