@Hamza Abusitta Both scenario works as long you have proper elimination subsidiaries setup between the rollups so intercompany transaction can be eliminated from double booking. Scenario 1 would have better segregation, this way you can keep business activities of parent company separate. Still double check with your Accounting people and auditors before coming up with the subsidiary structure.
