I am wondering if anyone has any experience with ACS? Thoughts? We just purchased ACS to try to mitigate risk and continue system optimization. Right after I signed, I heard that ACS is unproductive and not worth the money.

You might get lucky with a good team but I think that's a rare experience. We, along with most people, had a negative experience. What are you looking to achieve? If it's more of a list of further needs/customizations - go with a contract dev 100%

If you are already signed up and can't get out of the contract, I think it would be wise to carefully choose the tasks they do to minimize wasted effort and maximize your contract investment.

We subscribed to ACS optimize with our last renewal in March. So far, we've found it to be absolutely worthless
