06/15/2021, 11:18 PMHi. I am trying to insert an item’s UPC code into a picking slip. Unfortunately when I try to insert the field it is greyed out. I can confirm that I have the “PRINT ON PICKING TICKET” box ticked for UPC Transaction Line Field. Any ideas?

06/16/2021, 1:27 AM@battk I have a custom picking ticket set as preferred but when I generate a picking ticket for an order it still generates an older/default template.
