Hey @Krish: This may not be the best option, but here is how I would do it. Navigate to 

Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > View Login Audit Trail.

Once you've got the Login Audit Trail pulled up, you will need to customize it. Set the

Summary Type = Maximum

Setting the Maximum summary type will give you their most recent login attempt.
