Do you work with a NS developer or Admin? It looks like there is a SuiteScript running on that record type. You will need to disable to script before you can load the record.

The script throwing the error is part of the (very old) Netsuite Electronic Payments bundle (47294). It may be worth speaking to your Netsuite partner or Netsuite support about whether you should be upgrading/replacing this with a newer bundle.

@Dominic B, do you mind sharing how to found the bundle associated with this error?

I recognised the style of the numeric prefix as being part of a Netsuite bundle from things we have installed in our account. I took an educated guess based on the "batch payment" bit that it'd be something bank payment related. If you view a specific bundle in SuiteBundler within Netsuite, you can see the individual files in the components tab. 2663_payment_batch_ue.js appears in that bundle.
